MAKEUP & HAIR SERVICES

HOW LONG WILL MY SERVICES TAKE?


The total service time will depend on your desired look, the number of people in your party and the type of services required. I will confirm the timeline as we approach your service date. It is important to provide accurate numbers for people wanting services, as well as appropriate finish times to ensure things run smoothly and I am able to accommodate you. Bridal Trials for hair and makeup services will typically run 1 to 1.5 hours each as we will take time to discuss all of your wedding details and vision for your look.




WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?


The sooner the better! Our availability is on a first come first serve basis.




HOW DO I BOOK?


Click Here to book your services. Once the Inquiry Quote form has been submitted you will receive a personalized quote within 48 hours. You will then have 10 days to accept the offer. Once you've decided we are the best fit for you, the deposit will need to be submitted to sabrina@lushandlavishbeauty.com
You will be sent a copy of our contract forms with all of the important details. Once your contract and forms have been completed and signed and the deposit has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email from us and you will officially be booked! Sabrina will be available for any and all questions you may have along the way.




WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?


Your deposit is used to secure your event day and will be considered towards the full amount due immediately after your services have been completed. Since we plan our year in advance and dates fill up quickly (especially during wedding season) the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for reasons such as cancelation of date, change of date/event/show, weather, sickness/injury, accident, change of heart/mind/decision.




HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?


Etransfer only to sabrina@lushandlavishbeauty.com You will receive an email saying the funds have been deposited, allowing you to keep track of when and how much you paid reducing any possible confusion.




HOW DO I TIP?


Tips are never expected but always appreciated! If you are happy with your services and wish to tip they may be done so in cash or in a etransfer seperate from your total owed invoice.




WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES LUSH AND LAVISH BEAUTY ACCEPT?


Currently we only accept Etransfer to sabrina@lushandlavishbeauty.com or Cash.




WHY ARE TRIALS MANDARTORY FOR BRIDES?


Bridal trials are an opportunity for both of us to ensure you have the exact look you want for your big day and any adjustments can be made then, so the wedding day can be as stress free as possible. During your trial, I will take notes on any products I am using, as well as photos to ensure we can easily replicate your look on the big day.




WHAT DO I BRING TO THE TRIAL?


You will need inspiration images of the look you would like to see, as well as any accessories you may be using. Please ensure you have clean, dry, hair and a clean, moisturized face.

WHAT DO I PROVIDE ON THE DAY OF?


Although every location is different, there are a few things that help ensure you get the best results with your services. For makeup services it is always best to have good natural lighting & a table large enough for us to set up on. Kitchens are typically the best as they usually have the best lighting, chairs, and ample space. For hairstyling we absolutely need access to power for our tools, ideally low chairs, and if possible a full length mirror .




WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY SERVICES?


I suggest my clients have clean, dry hair, and a clean, moistuized face, as well as inspiration images of what they would like for their final look.
